The Fitness Factory is a well established gym and health club located in Newport, Isle of Wight. Easily accessible within 30 minutes drive from anywhere on the Island.

The Fitness Factory opened in 1984 and has since then become one of the largest private health clubs on the Isle of Wight. With a cardio/fitness gym and two free weights gyms. It has a total of 50 resistance stations and free weights, plus 11 C.V stations. In addition there is a dance studio which holds around 25 classes every week including Aerobics, Body Pump, Karate and Children’s Dance.

There is always a friendly atmosphere at the club encouraged by owner/instructor Steve Milton and his experienced qualified staff, some of whom have worked there for over 20 years. Beginners/new customers are always welcome.
